1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be returned in its original packaging whenever possible
  • Show no signs of excessive wear, damage, modification, or misuse
  • Include all accessories and components originally received

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these requirements.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we may not accept returns on:

  • Items that have been used by birds or other pets
  • Items showing signs of chewing, damage, contamination, or excessive wear
  • Products altered or modified after delivery
  • Clearance, promotional, or final sale items (if marked as such)

3. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the damage or defect

If approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement item
  • A full refund
  • A partial refund
  • Store credit

In these cases, Polly & Poppet will cover any applicable replacement or return-related costs.

4. CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

If you wish to return an item for reasons other than damage, defect, or fulfillment error:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • The item must meet all eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

6. REFUNDS

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow:

  • 3–5 business days for inspection and processing
  • Additional time for your bank, card issuer, or payment provider to complete the transaction

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

7. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled before processing begins.

Once an order has entered fulfillment, processing, or shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible.

8. LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Polly & Poppet is not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, weather-related disruptions, or other events beyond our control.

If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate the shipment.

9. DROPSHIPPING FULFILLMENT

Polly & Poppet operates using a dropshipping fulfillment model.

Products may be shipped directly from our suppliers, manufacturers, or international fulfillment centers. Because of this, return instructions and return locations may differ depending on the product ordered.

Customers must obtain return authorization before sending any item back.
