- Most European countries
- Other eligible destinations displayed at checkout
If your location is unavailable during checkout, we may not currently ship to your region.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Processing times may be longer during:

- Holidays
- Promotional events
- Supply chain disruptions
- Severe weather conditions
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

4. INTERNATIONAL FULFILLMENT
Polly & Poppet operates using a dropshipping fulfillment model.
Products may be shipped directly from our trusted suppliers, manufacturers, or fulfillment partners located in various international distribution centers.
As a result:
- Packages may ship from international fulfillment hubs.
- Tracking updates may take several days to appear.
- Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
- Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that products may be shipped from international fulfillment locations.

Depending on your location and product availability, orders may be delivered by carriers including but not limited to:

Carrier selection is determined by our fulfillment partners and cannot always be chosen by the customer.
6. TRACKING INFORMATION
When available, tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.
Please allow several days for tracking information to update after shipment.
Tracking delays do not necessarily indicate a lost package.
7. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

8. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

- Failed deliveries due to inaccurate information
- Packages delivered to incorrectly supplied addresses
If an order has not yet been processed, we will make reasonable efforts to update shipping details upon request.
9. LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's control.

- Weather events
- Public holidays
- Natural disasters
- Other circumstances beyond our control
If you believe your package has been lost, please contact us and we will assist in investigating the shipment.
10. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be canceled before processing begins.
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.
